About

My full name is Vikash Kumar Lenka, but you can call me Dhruv. It’s my nickname, and the one most people know me by.

I studied Computer Science at LNCT University and trained as a Java full-stack developer before moving into business analysis. From November 2024 to July 2026 I worked with international clients on a Europe-based digital transformation programme and the Qatar Customs modernization project, writing SOPs, BRDs and BPMN diagrams. Since August 2026 I’ve worked as a Software Developer at Ergebins Technologies Private Limited, building the DMS prototype and contributing to the production system.

My experience in business analysis helps me turn requirements into working software. I write SQL, build REST APIs in FastAPI and test them in Postman, and I can tell when a proposed solution won’t hold up. Outside of client work I build small apps in SwiftUI and websites for local businesses.

Aug 2026 to Present

Built a working Document Management System (DMS) prototype for a government project under UPLC (U.P. Electronics Corporation Limited) to digitise a department's physical documents. Used HTML, CSS and JavaScript with shared application state so stakeholders could explore the complete document lifecycle across roles.

Implemented interactive scanning, quality-review and approval workflows, access controls for ten roles, validation, audit history and reporting. Presented the prototype to stakeholders, refined it through feedback and established the signed-off reference for the production DMS.

Worked on the production DMS with Next.js and React on the frontend, Python on the backend and MongoDB for data storage. The production stack also includes Node.js, Docker and hosting on a Hostinger VPS.
